Roof Hatch

First question for the F15 restoration.
There was a round hatch in the roof of the cab which was covered over by a piece of sheet metal. Images show what is left.

Questions:
1. Does anyone have detailed images or drawings of the hatch and fittings?

2. Is there a kit available to replace the hatch?
