I am sure a Canadian or European dealer will bring them all out at sometime soon and charge a fortune on the open market.
Interesting the E2 version of the T16, it fixed a number of problems with the original in terms of towing stability, they are 6-8" longer than a standard T16 IIRC. Came too late to be used during WW2 though. Mind you, many of the photos appear to show the bogies mirrored which the E2 was supposed to have altered so perhaps they are not all E2s or are early E2s.
