44 morris C8 parts needed

is ther any trany i could use in place of the standard morris trany??? would a CMP trans fit? would it bolt on to the eng?

i dont care if i only have 2WD i just want to get it rolling again keeping the look in the cab the same. someone out there has to have done this before.

and one question for the people from OZ. im getting hitched to a girl from choffs harbor (someplace north of sydney) anyway i want to suprise her when she comes to visit me here in texas for the first time.. how do i get some vegimite????
