The data plate says HUM so Heavy Utility Machinery.

Hummmmmmmmm
Depends on price.... rims look good.... power train...frame.... inner rear axle shafts...special HUP front end.... possibly good sheet metal nose....
Minus.....door hinges...fenders bobbed.....no running boards... how much was done to frame for "expanded box" ...... seats??? dog house??? original rad???? Claims to have run recently...... not to far to recover..... ...at the vary least a good parts donor.... ....and Chris has not even looked at it yet ????? Bob
