Harry,
Thanks for going through the trouble of setting it up, photographing and measuring it! I'm sure there is a demand for these original tents or repro ones, where's the supply? Here's the thread I posted earlier: British officers tent - used by Canadians?

I've got two of the "150 pounder" green tents, and it is true, they are heavy. Mine are 60's vintage, and in great condition still...they don't make fabric tarps like those anymore.

Hello,
I have one of these tents minus the poles, are those the issue poles, or how did you rig it? Do you have any photos of the post and frame? Cheers, Rob |

The original poles were with it but the previuos owner kept them. So I duplicated them, I'll post some pictures. The originals had square steel tubing on the ends that I didn't duplicate. 2 uprights with a metal dowel that stuck through the crossbar and the top of the tent at each end. Nothing compicated.
