I bought it (the last one he had) at the Wings and Wheels show in Belgium from German bookseller "army-book.de". "Poppybooks" in Holland also had it available at the show. Jan-Willem de Boer might visit Paul Vissers open house in Winkel, next weekend (he also lives in Winkel) so you could email him and ask him to bring a copy. I also plan to go to Winkel, so could also pick it up for you. Alex
