would it be a good buy ? hmm but I think it is not a15cwt , fuel tanks are different , and body is not from this vehicle , chassis might even be changed , more pictures could reveal maybe more.

Yes, the heavy steering box doesn't normally belong on a F15A...

Scroll up to the top of this page - earlier on we discussed this is probably a shortened F60L.
