I was going to reply right away that my rim was not a split rim at least the one in the picture, so i went out to take a clear picture of the wheel. The picture didn't turn out to well so with the light better on the other side I went to look at it. It's a split rim! One side non split rim and the other a split rim.
Exact same tires and with a few other things I noticed I think this one was jus completed at the end October 45, whatever wheel was available, lights never installed and probably never had the lower part of the landing leg.
I'll use as a spare whatever wheel ends up being the odd one/
