Here's a few more pictures of the carrier sitting in the driveway. I have a couple more pictures with markings on that maybe you guys could help me out on?

Default Mk 1 Markings

Here are some markings that are on the carrier, any taker's on what they are?

I think the third one is Central Command, ie Ontario. The others are too far gone for my not-so-keen eye.

Could you please put up a photo of the dipstick holder in the 3rd pic of the second set.

Looks like my carrier when I found it, but mine was missing engine and cover and my glasis plate is intact.

Nice find. What note did you get when you whack that track with a hammer? Was the track seized up when found?

The tracks were alittle seized but they moved after a bit of banging around, the problem was the brakes are siezed and wouldn't release, not even after dragging it for about 3-4kms through the bush over rocks, bridges etc!!

I used a slide hammer to get my drums off, had to pick the asbestos seals out the back of the drums first though, took a while but I got there without having to apply heat
