I finally disassemble the carrier and it's a spider gear thrust washer. Were could y get those thrust washer.

you could try that place Rob Love is always reffering others to Rock Auto parts
the link is here http://rockauto.com/ they may be able to find or even have the part for the civilian equivalent...? Or even try a 4X4 parts place as the axles are used in the rock climbers etc? Good luck...hope this will help you out!
