I believe you're right. On the one Collectors has (which he got from me)
there is no securing strap (made that way) but on the one Dirk bought there
is a web strap and buckle to secure it on. The back is also pocket
shaped with a lower cover.

Maybe one is for the top loader and one for the ready clips?
