It must be ANF then. UNF 1 1/4" is 12 TPI

Thanks Guys. We'll follow up your suggestions. The nuts came in a tin that had had water in it so want to see if the threads will clean up enough.

I'll try and make some slight corrections to my first post when I get near a PC.
