There was a short clip on the TV news last night about Pearl Harbour which I was pleased to see.

Default pearl harbour

we also had an hour long programme here in the UK but not on mainstream TV but on Discovery.."the day after Pearl Harbour" quite informative regards to all malcolm in a very very windy UK

Sorry mate you are correct. I am glad that there was some coverage to mark the event, even if in some cases it was not on the 7th December. I remember visiting the Arizona Memorial some years ago shortly after I left the army and I found it a very moving experience, apart from the large contingent of Japannese tourists running around getting in the way and snapping away with their cameras. It was hard to just stand and reflect and remember.
