Your truck appears to be an MCP (Modified Civilian Pattern) 60cwt rather then an F60L as well. It also was never refered to as a blitz as this was the common name for the CMP (Canadian Military Pattern) vehicles both Chev and Ford.

Any chance of more photos of the whole vehicle?
