Here is the closest thing Alberta has to a Motor Vehicle legal transfer of ownership.
And all it is a bill of sale. http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/...aleReg3126.pdf This is right from the Service Alberta Website. And even they have a disclamer at the bottom for it. lol I'm curious as to what the folks at SAAQ would say if you showed up with the "Offical" Alberta Transfer of Vehicle Ownership ( bill of sale) Document filled out.
