When I bought the truck the box wasn't mounted so we put 4 three inch body blocks and bolted it down as close to the cab as we could get it. The wheel base is about 102", the spring hangers still have the original rivets in them. The engine and transmission was transplanted into the truck by the previous owner in the late 70's - early 80's.

Default AAAhhhhhh

That makes sense as to why a Ford would have a Chev engine and trans, also the data plate says it's an L not an S based on the wheelbase.
