Lynn, its a Ronson carrier, hence the hole.
Shuan, On the Ronson there were a couple of clips on the conduit just as it comes through the bulkhead to hold the choke cable to the 3/4" conduit which go's to the tail light, any chance i could borrow one when i next see you to make some out of spring steel. kev.

My MK2 is also a Ronson carrier. I have used the Ronson tube hole in the bulkhead to feed some wireless cables. Ron

Glad to know there is another Ronson in the UK Ron. The MK 2 carrier had all the holes for fitting flame kit cut during production apart from the one in the side armour. i have not herd of a Mk2 being converted to Ronson before, they were nee]arly always Wasps hence no need for the hole in the side armour. Interesting to see the photos.

Kevin, thanks for the kind comments, the carrier is now about a day off being ready for riveting (so that will keep me busy on Friday and out of the way ). Here are a few current photos - what a difference 4 months make, it was laying in a hedge on the 21st December. see you next week ( i could head your way for a change may be)
