HI Jesse, these markings belong to the British Desert Rats. My Grandfather and Great Uncle's 23rd Field Regiment Royal Canadian Artillery, often releaved them in combat so the Germans wouldn't clue in that there were two different Regiments of Sextons. The 23rd and the Rats both had the 76 on their tanks. Which could have led to miss Identification in some old war footage.
