I would tend to agree with Kevin but without close ups its hard to tell...... mind they often turn up on trolleys like this one.

Default carrier wheels

Danny, I think they are SKF made wheels , plenty of those were sold in the Netherlands in the 70ies.

I know SKF makes wheel bearings.
So they aren't carrier wheels ?
