Hello A collector/restorer in Adelaide was making good reproduction mounting trays. I have one in my collection and it is good enough for museum display and holds the set firmly enough to use in a vehicle offroad as well !
His name is Andrew Tostevin and although I don't seem to have an up to date contact he is well known to Mike Kelly and Bob Mosely... Good luck Phill

I think he's the bloke who made the carrier for my 11 set. I changed the pop rivets for actual rivets. Excellent job. Ron

I too couldn't find an original one for my Mk1* Carrier so I ended up making one. It wasn't too hard to do.
