Default Celebrated News Year Eve by driving CMPs

Hi

Started News Years Eve by watching the fire works over the Sidney Harbor on TV. Then got started on the day by taking two of my CMPs out and driving them around a little.

Drove my HUP BEAST into the shop to begin a rebuild. This will be more of a rebuild than a restoration as the truck is in basically good condition just needing cleaning, painting, and replacement of seals and gaskets.

Pictures to follow

Cheers and Happy New Years Phil

I must be getting old I was in bed by 22:00. Vicki is working today so we will have Mum over for tea tonight to celebrate the start of 2011.
Happy new year to all.

And may I add a Happy New Year from the Atlanta, Georgia USA area.

Crazy weather here, we had our first White Christmas since the 1800s this year and now today it was 62 degrees F and predicted the same tomorrow.

Gotta love Global Warming.

Our sympathies to those in OZ that are suffering the Great Floods.
All over the news here in the US and even looking at the New Years celebration in Sydney on the Tellie which certainly rivals or betters what we do here, our stations have been cutting away to the flood scenes.

Let us all hope for an improved 2011, at least as far as the economy is concerned.

Bill

Default Doing it in style in Uruguay

Ripped pages from calendars and water from buckets or in balloons are typically launched from office windows in this neighborhood to celebrate the end of year. (MIGUEL ROJO/AFP/Getty Images) #

Ha! What a great photo, look at all the office paper in the background. A popular celebration indeed.
