I remember the carrier that came back from the Falklands well we had it at Bletchley Park for many years. It was a fantastic little machine that run well. It was sold about 2002 via Carl Brown to Shaun Hindle. Shaun can tell us more what happened to her. I think it got painted green and is ever "Puddle Jumper or Windy" I know the mechanic that worked on Evita next time I see him I'll ask about the others. Who's got the one from A Bridge Too Far ? I may be wrong but did'nt Clive Huges supply those vehicles? Richard all carriers are different. Don't worry to much about the shade of paint. There are never two carriers the same colour. Now as like 1940's paint it what ever colour you can get hold of. I had to take my carrier to Buckingham Palace a few years ago and it's Guards Gloss Green, may be wrong but so right for the day. Remember if it looks right it probable is!!! A fantastic New Year to all. ![]() Barry |

Hi All
I watched an old wartime movie "Commandos Attack at Dawn" yesterday the plot is set in Norway, when the German troops envade the village they were driving "BLITZ TRUCKS", looked so strange. I would be pretty sure there were no CMP vehicles in the German Army, unless capted later in the war. Cheers Little Jo ![]()
