Hi Bruce,
Despite the reference to this manual on MkII data plates I do not think it was ever published. Instead there was a MkII operator's handbook. Perhaps someone can comment further on this mystery manual. ........ Brian |

Brian, Thanks for your input!! This may very well be that this manual was never published, as I have never seen one for more than 25 years of searching. Perhaps I should bump this thread to the carrier section.
Can ANYONE shed light on this manual???? Come on people... "WHATS ON YOUR BOOKSHELF" Harris |

If you read the UC-F1 you will realize the workshop manual applys to both Models of carrier.. The operators manual for the Mark two is all there is that is solely dedicated to and shows the diferences in the marks..It is the same with the parts manual..FUC-03..apply s to both marks of carriers..I should say ALL marks of carriers..Mark 1..Mark 1*..Mark 2..etc..but one parts manual..ditto the UC-F1.. UC-F2..although mentioned on the data plate was never published,as far as I ever found out. The original Mr.Manual (And I had the original collection of the original parts man ,Captain Roy Tutt ,sent to England from the GM factory in Oshawa ,and there was no UC-F2 manual in that collection)

Gents, thanks to all for the great information. So if anyone has an original MKI manaul (UC-F1) for sale or trade, the same offer stands.
Cheers, Harris |
