Hi Guys:
Something has come up and I won't be able to be there until after 1900 hrs at the earliest, if at all. Clive, are you able to get your hands on another PIAT (Projector, Images, Alternate lifestyle, Tittilating)? Sorry, Alex, I won't be able to bring the 17 pounder... haven't got the new tyres on yet! Cheers! Mike ![]()

We didn't have a record crowd, but we had some good ole fashion fun. Julie was the server de jour, and she skillfully kept the Guinness flowing. Clive put on a slide show about his Hatian Vacation...all kidding aside, Haiti is a mess. The images displayed the seriousness of the situation in Port au Prince and the surrounding areas.
On the fun side, there were a good number of slides that showed the different types of vehicles used by the UN in Haiti - both military and civilian. I can only imagine the parts and maintenance challenges facing the UN forces in Haiti. I had to depart Gracies early as my 7 year old was stealing my Guinness. Others will chime in with their take on the evening. Both Jesse and I had a great time. Photo 1: L side - young Mr. Chartrand, Gilles Chartrand, Alex Blair, Jesse, Julie, and Joshua. R side - Grant Bowker, Bob Carriere, Clive's neck, and Terry Warner's forehead. Photo 2: The other view...less Julie
