Hi Ryan,
My reading is that this phrase:
"copyright is transferred to next buyer"
would mean that the buyer gets full rights, the issue that the vendor seems to be worried about appears to be the use of the pics he has had to show for the sale on the E-bay adv.
Not sure who would cough up $6750 for the collection, but it would be interesting to see them I am sure.
Rich.

" A SIGNIFICANT COLLECTION UNPUBLISHED APPROX 726 ORIGINAL SLIDES TAKEN BY A SOLDIER BELONGING TO 1 ST AMOURED REGIMENT VIETNAM 1969 SHOW EVENTS SURROUNDING BATTLE BINH BA & REALITY OF WAR . an extremely rare collection original coloured slides taken by a soldier 1st Amoured Regiment vietnam 1969 . with a series of slides likely showing undocumented events days after battle of binh ba, a major battle for the australians . an encounter ,aftermath shown in slides above would have been considered to be a major encounter during the course of the vietnam war ,how this would have been written up in after action reports remains a mystery ? . other pictures from the collection are of australian soldiers at work & play .all pictures are taken in 1969. it is hard to put a price on something like this as depends on how much we value our history ,there are approx 726 slides @ less than $10 each approx total rounded down : $6,750 . people think nothing of spending that much on a crap second hand car .compared to that the price of these slides seems reasonable. most slides are of operations in the field etc centurion tanks ,helicopters , straffing ,pictures as tanks move through countryside , even a friendly punch up in the bar ,some of the best , most powerful iconic pictures i have seen of the vietnam war ,unseen before , documented from point of the ordinary soldier, last 2 slides show the soldier who took these slides back in australia having left the army loaded up his holden station wagon driving off into the out back or desert alone.i certainly feel for the soldier who took these slides . collection of slides that tell a story of important events in history of australia .copyright is transferred to next buyerSLIDES REQUIRE FURTHER OBVIOUS RESEARCH . SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY .WILL BE RESPONDED TO. NO TYRE KICKERS OR TIME WASTERS PLEASE . PLEASE NOTE :THESE SLIDES ARE FULLY COPYRIGHTED &HAVE NOT BEEN PUBLISHED BEFORE & ARE NOT TO BE USED OR PUBLISHED IN ANY FORMAT , OR USED FOR TRANSMISSION , STORED OR COPIED IN ANY WAY OR FORMAT NOT TO BE USED ON FORUMS OR BLOGS OR IN ANYWAY WITHOUT FULL WRITTEN PERMISSION .THANKYOU."
