Here´s another picture of DND number 70-938. You already have a picture of it, listed under CT39929. Still with T&S (Training) Wing, A33, Cdn Armoured Corps, but the WE-210 tracks have been replaced with the later T54E1 track type, so I presume this picture was taken at a later date.
