Progress last month.

The colour was matched to a NOS part Al had, I like it very much.

Al sent over a sample, it is a very nice dark, rich chocolaty colour as you can see in the pictures above. But look what happened when I scanned it?!? Never trust pictures. . .

Hanno, Ι don't want to be annoying anyone, but I'd like to know if Al Tooes made a new rear door, from the drawings, from sheer metal.
It seemed to me like that...

Having been keeping a watchfull eye on Allen's restoration the rear and side doors were already re-skinned when he purchased the vehicle. Frames were solid plus the rear door supports an integral map table.
