It is a copyright book. You might have better luck (but I doubt it) contacting the Royal Canadian Artillery Museum in Shilo, Manitoba. That is where the Gregg collection now resides.
There are a few used book search tools on the internet. ABE Books for one can reveal some genuine surprises.
