An example of the basic webbing equipment: 1 - belt 2 - shoulder braces 3 - basic pouches (for magazines/ammunition, etc) 4 - bayonet and frog 5 - entrenching tool in it's carrier 6 - water bottle in it's carrier 7 - small pack 8 - Respirator Bag (gas mask), which had it's own sling Cheers
