It's a Solex B49 and the card with it appears to say Morris. Here are a couple of pics, otherwise over to you.

While I am definitely not part of the “brains trust” I do like a research challenge so I did a search last night and could not find anything with Solex B49. So this morning with Richard's information that it was a 30FAI, I found this information -
