39 ford one tonne ute restoration

hi guys

spotted this truck on a farm in little river some years back while on the train from geelong to melbourne. was sitting in a paddock with a crane on the back of it. owner said we could have it for nothing if we got him another truck to put his crane on.
bit of a roughy but since acquired another 2 hard top 39 utes for parts and some new panels on the way from the U.S. now the fun begins.

Saw this one at Bendigo was pretty straight no idea where it ended up though.

not a bad find with the original tray still intact. seen a few pics floating about of 41 models with the roadster cab but not many 39's
wonder where it is now????

This one is now for sale on ebay. Body is extremely poor. Running gear mostly complete.
