Them 'Rush' :

You do realize that this is the 'Federal Government' your dealing with. Their motto is "You want it when.......Ya Right.....when I finish my coffee or when H*** freezes over........depending on which comes last...........than I might look for the file".

Hopefully they do get up off their 'blank' and send it soonest.
