Thanks so much for your posting of several CFTOs relating to M38A1 series Jeeps. You've made our day! Do you happen to have the CFTO for the installation of the 5820-21-847-3343Bracket, Support? This is the tray upon which the MT-1029 and then the RT-524 sit on the sponson of an M38A1 Rob Love posted quite a while ago about the 2 set and 3 set installation in Iltis, but that IKEE isn't really applicable to an M38A1. Can you help?

C42 radio installation
Hi Jon,
Bob was also asking about radio installation in the M38A1.I have the installation for the C42 radio set only.Nothing on the RT 524.I have copied and posted the diagrams for the radio installation dimensions that are shown in the handbook for the M38 and M38A1 CDN.I would imagine the mounting is the same for the M38A1 CDN2 jeep except where the ATU is mounted. Derk.
