The way to do it is send an email to Dominique (at) imagecontrol dot com dot au (you know what to do with the dots and the at) and she'll send one. Payment is easiest done by credit card.
Happy to take orders from anywhere - the only thing is it's in PAL format not NTSC but should play on your computer anywhere. Almost all DVD players I've seen here as well as plasma and LCDs are PAL/NTSC so that should not be an issue for people in Canada and the US, but check your equipment first.
