Hi guys Ford did something close on "D" series petrol trucks (English ford) with 6 cyl Mustang (300cu.in.fuel crisis motor adapted to trucks) They had one as a screw on for the belt driven compressor (air inlet), and another on the engine side cover. Not so sure the shape is correct.
Have a look at ebay#281224538196
Or google ryco breather and hunt the images.
