Default Look for something called Thrust

There is a product called "Thrust" It comes in a spray can, and is the best thing I have found next to a cutting tourch!
You can find it at car parts suppliers etc.

The stuff really is great, and has saved me lot's of greef over the years

Good Luck
Mark

Default Remove Cab Turn Upside Down and Drive Out

No just kidding, On my C60S I end up cutting the head of the bolt in the cab then lifting the cab. If you are not removing the cab all the way you must have to cut the bolt off under the spacer as well so you can remove the segments.

Then drive the old bolt out of the spacer, I re-drilled the spacer to slide on the spacer along with some anti-seize compound.

Did your spacer have rubber washers top and bottom?

Cheers Phil
