Richard these wireless sets are usually disabled from transmitting as it's illegal to transmit without the appropriate license.( in this case a ham radio operators license). Receiving is OK as it's just like any domestic radio. Having said that.. The set in my carrier is a fully working trans/receiver. But as I haven't got a license... I wouldn't dream of switching it on. Ron

Ron the pictures are what I am after but I can not read the settings for the switches on the intercom box. Could you get a closer shot or just let me know what they say. I would also appreciate some measurements of the box itself namely width and depth since it is square.

Ron The box measurments are 4 7/8" H. 4 1/8" W. 2 3/8" D. the back plate sticks out each side by 1 1/4".

I have a brand new 19 set in the box .It has English and Russian writing on it It is all there .It was likely one for lendleast that didn't get sent .You probably know that they are three radios in one .Inter com, with in the convoy and long distance .I don't know what to put it in ? a carrier or truck or just look at it .George

Well after some research, this is how I mounted mine in my MK2. The MK1 instalation is lengthways on the track guard. Ron
