Well, "softly, softly, catchee monkey" has worked again and this carrier has now been recovered. I say carrier, but it's really just a nice complete hull with no wheels or track. No brass data plate, but the numbers will be down in the mud and rust somewhere and will be revealed soon enough.
Recovery was effected by a Chinese hand winch and steel bars to use for rollers, just the same way the Egyptians built the pyramids. Who says you need expensive gear to play with Carriers? |

Great Pics, is it a bare hull? or are there bits and pieces inside? thats a nice find I had been waiting to see if it had been recovered, Well done I will look forward to seeing more pics later on, I am sure the new owner will get all the help here, if he needs it Regards Ron
