Default Transfer Lever and Knob

When you say in bad condition, are you talking about rust pitting along the exposed upper shaft or under the tower ball?

Though the lever knob is a different thread, the Chevy and I suspect the Ford are a standard knob, measured the shaft thread and got a bolt of the same size and made the rounds of the heavy truck parts departments (also try heavy equipment). On the second or third place the parts guy said sure you want white, red, or black.
