Thanks Pete,

I would think it must be a Stromberg then, because engine has a RCEME rebuild plate (1953) and the carby is as shown in the manual, so the engine would appear to be a 95 hp.

I was going to try one of the carb specialists, who I normally deal with, for a gasket / repair kit, if possible. Unless you know of a source?
