C.224

Will await the outcome of the pics appearing on Monday. I don't have my sources to hand at the moment but when I do I should be able to ID the C.1. C.636 is a higher number than any of my sources mentions. I don't recognise the markings on the second box.

Richard many thanks Ill do that...one of the old Regt veterens I look after has been passing blood al night so Im off to the Freeman in Newcastle with him...so will have to put things on hold for the moment.regards malcolm

Malcolm, that email address as listed won't work... best just to amend to say "email me through MLU with 'Mortar Box Images' in the subject line" and go from there...
