Default US machine guns in Canadian service

Hmmmm? The Browning Machine Gun in .30 cal was standard in the Armoured Corps (due to Sherman tanks and other US AFVs, and the Vickers in just about every other service. I think the tanks also carried the standard tripod. So, the mount would be some adaptation of that swivel not a US issue part.

Unless one of the standard US mounts had a clamping facility to attach to the top armour, all the bases to the mounts must have been locally manufactured.

BMG Parts have quite a selection listed under "Mounts and Tripods", but they are adamant about not exporting outside of the USA (except books and manuals). Florprien, where are you? Do you know of a US address you could ship to?
