Oh!
The trouble was that the Australian and NZ copies had to be specially printed upside down, which took time. That meant the printer had to be turned over and the guys stand on their hands.
 Actually I am still waiting for an airmail item sent from Yankeekland three weeks ago. There is no rhyme or reason sometimes with air mail. Keith, I asked my colleague to mail you a free gift from me for Xmas as well. As promised!
