difference between mk1 / mk2 exhaust heat sheilds

no probs it was really to help assist on seing what Mk a hull was (yet another no armour) but as JTH has pointed out not an accurate way of checking provinence

Can anyone tell me what the dimensions of the mufflers are (diameter & length). I know that the inlet and outlets are supposed to be about 1.5" but I want to add some to my carrier that are as close to original as possible but I don't know what dimensions to look for. If someone could measure and let me know it would be greatly appreciated.
