My guess is these tracks are take-offs, I´ve seen rolls like this before and they were never new. As far as I know new links came in sections of 21.

Basically carriers were fitted with a continuous length of track at the factory, but in a service situation it was supplied in 21 link sections.

I forgot to tell you that when I picked up the track the original tags were still in place on each section of 21 links, this is my Met gas carrier that gets the other set
