Also your line from the oil filler goes to the carby as well but usually up over the rocker cover.
The one on my car runs on TOP of the thermostat housing; there is a little metal clip that holds it to the housing.

Also, there are clips that hold the fuel line and vacuum line together. These clips are available from some restoration sites.
