Forgot to say that we had to fabricate that part of the dash so not sure wether to put the switches in or not. All the photos and drawings we have seem to be Canadian carriers, not English. Dash light would make sense though.

Hi, Have you guys got the British carrier instruction/maintenance manual ?. I have attached a front cover picture below, I can send you the full copy on CD disc when we sort out the hinge purchase, I am sure there's a detailed picture of the dash and wiring/circuit diagram in there. I have attached a couple of pics of a british Mk1 Dash.

Our dash is different to your samples of MK1 dash's Kevin. There is another English MK1 here from the same batch as ours with this dash, he does have the switches but haven't contacted him as to what they do yet. It looks like I'd better put them in anyway. Would be keen on a copy of that manual thanks. Those hinges going to do the job? Would anyone out there have the correct starter & horn buttons for sale?

That would make sense as far as all the manuals go Kevin, but there are 3 carriers I've seen in NZ with that dash, and one in OZ and all are definatly English built with what appear to be original dash's. Who knows what they got up to during production? Maybe something about carriers destined for Downunder? I'm sure it will need the toggle switches now. Have never recieved payments through paypal but yeah I'm sure I'll work it out. Fast or slow post? Will Email address to you soon for the CD. You wouldn't have a spare starter button laying around to trade would you? Thanks, Chris

Hi, You Could be right as those dashs have got british gauges in them. Could you send the hinges fast post please. I can lay my hands on an original working starter button for you and and a new horn button by lucas which will fit, If you havent got a Paypal account we could trade for these plus the cd, you need anything else for the dash?. Reagards Kevin.
