M133 was actually the designator for the cab and chassis of the M135 cargo and some other variants. Perhaps these were supplied as cab chassis only by GM, and the kitchen body was added later, although quite frankly the body does not appear to be different from the std M135 with the exception of some add ons.

Looking at the 2 trucks, there is no visible difference to my eye.
It is the data plates, that separate the M133 kitchen sister truck to the m135 When finished as a usable pancake etc truck I hope it will look like the picture supplied. When I or the museum find any differences I will post here. I will feel better and know more when I get them from north of Hazelton to my place in smithers. As the scrap dealer said possession is 9 points of the law. de3nnis thanks for the replies.
