I found this photo in my Dad's photo album. He worked on aircraft radar in North Africa and finally Italy where this one was taken circa late 44-45.

An Ambulance and a German happy to leave Australia

Another couple of F15s
These ones belong to 3 Squadron RAAF and are seen here in Italy. The second one in particular is a classic 'in the background' scenario.

What is the white "T" in the lead men's face and the officer's face...?
Are they wearing some kind of disposable cellophane goggles...? I tried enlarging but can't make it out..... Bob
