Default CMP crash 1942

Hi all,
For the last year Ive been tracing the life of my grandfather who was a truck driver in the Queens Own Rifles during ww2. Tragically this was also how he died in that he was thrown from the cab of ,I believe, a C60L here in England in February 42. It appears the cab was 'three up' and he was sitting on the battery box in the centre of the cab when it overturned on a bend.
Having no knowledge of CMPs (but learning!) does anyone have or know where I can find interior pictures of a C60 cab so I can see what the inquest is talking about??
Many Thanks
Si
